Terms and Conditions
Conditions applicable to the use of this website and to the purchase of digital products in the AXIST store.

This website is owned by AXIST Business Partners, Unipessoal, Lda., tax number (NIF) 517419300, with registered office at Avenida Tibães, 1199, Vale de São Cosme, 4770-568 Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal. Contact: geral@axist.pt.

Purpose
These terms govern the use of axist.pt and the purchase of digital products — reports, sector analyses and forecasting exercises — offered in the Store section.

Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout at the legal rate in force. Companies established in another EU member state holding a valid VAT identification number may benefit from the reverse charge regime by providing that number during checkout.

Orders and payment
An order is deemed accepted once payment is confirmed. Bank transfer, MB WAY and Multibanco reference are accepted. An electronic invoice is issued to the tax details provided at checkout.

Delivery
Products are delivered digitally through a private, time-limited link sent to the email address provided. The delivery time for each product is stated on its page and does not exceed 24 business hours after payment confirmation.

Licences
The single-user licence authorises use by one individual within the purchasing organisation. The corporate licence authorises use by all employees of the organisation. Resale, public redistribution or full publication of the content is prohibited in both cases.

Right of withdrawal
As digital content supplied without a material medium, the customer acknowledges that by requesting immediate delivery and expressly accepting these terms they waive the fourteen-day withdrawal period set out in Decree-Law 24/2014, under article 17(1)(m).

Intellectual property
All website content and products sold are the property of AXIST and protected by copyright. Use is limited to the terms of the licence purchased.

Liability
Reports and analyses are intended to support management decisions and do not constitute individual legal, tax or investment advice. AXIST is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of this content.

Dispute resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to the competent alternative dispute resolution body. Portuguese law applies and the courts of Braga have jurisdiction.
